Santino made an amazing lasagna for us yesterday. It was made of homemade beef ragout, ricotta spinach and wild asparagus with bacon and it was really, really, really good! The lasagna would have been incredible no matter what, but it didn't hurt that we enjoyed it on the first really warm sunny day we've had in a long time up on Jen and Santino's terrace.
